Внешнеполитическая роль Турции на Западных Балканах в период пандемии COVID-19

Abstract
В период руководства в Турции Партии справедливости и развития (ПСР) западнобалканский трек внешней политики страны приобрел особую значимость. В 2010-е гг. турецкое руководство стало осуществлять серьезную торгово-экономическую и культурно-гуманитарную экспансию в регионе, что дало свои первые результаты. После начала специальной военной операции (СВО) Турция начала позиционировать себя как дипломатическии хаб для решения политических вопросов. Можно сказать, что в эту концепцию входят и Западные Балканы, где Турция развивает не только традиционные для себя сферы внешней политики, но теперь готова стать посредником в урегулировании политических споров в регионе. Тем не менее первые шаги в этом направлении Турция стала предпринимать еще в 2020-2021 гг. Целью исследования является рассмотрение новой внешнеполитической роли Турции после начала пандемии COVID-19 в обозначенном регионе. В статье также рассматриваются официальные визиты президента Турции Р. Т. Эрдогана в западнобалканские государства в период пандемии COVID-19.
