Key Cultural Concepts of China's Foreign Cultural Policy under Xi Jinping.

The article reveals the features of the main cultural concepts of China's foreign cultural policy under Xi Jinping (since November 2012), as well as their axiological component. The study of these concepts is carried out within the framework of China's diplomatic and cultural interaction with other countries. Using the example of the "One Belt, One Road" project, the cultural concepts included in it and their axiological component are analyzed. In particular, the features of such concepts as: peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning, mutually beneficial cooperation, community of the common destiny of mankind, community of interests, community of responsibility are revealed. In addition, in a separate section of the article, we pay attention to the foreign cultural policy of the PRC between Russia and China, its main features and concepts, emphasis is placed on the period 2012-2023. Such diplomatic concepts as good neighborliness and friendship, mutual non-aggression, equality and mutual benefit, peaceful coexistence, mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity are analyzed. The cultural concepts studied in the article have a deep cultural and historical meaning, rooted in the philosophy and religion of Ancient China. They continue to influence the development of both China itself and its relations with other countries. With the help of comparative and axiological analysis, the use of primary sources and scientific literature, the connection between modern and ancient cultural concepts is revealed.
